Payment and Fees

  • Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month

Indemnification

Termination

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta, Canada. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, or other force majeure events.
